Boston Market offers three different salads on the menu right now. The options are:
1. Southwest Santa Fe SaladRotisserie chicken, mixed greens, corn, poblano pepper and black bean relish, tomatoes, onions, tortilla strips, cheese and chipotle cheddar dressing.
Boston Market Chipotle Cheddar Dressing Copycat Recipe
I couldn't find a recipe for chipotle cheddar recipe but I did look at the ingredients from the Boston Market website and basically deduced that it is a modified ranch dressing since it contains buttermilk and most of the other ingredients in a typical ranch salad dressing. To create the Boston Market Chipotle Cheddar ranch dressing I would suggest starting with a store bought bottle of ranch and add a very small about of chipotle in adobo (be careful with this stuff it is really hot!) then add some type of nacho cheese dip that you find in the snack aisle. You can play around with the amount of cheese to add to get the flavor that you like.
2. Mediterranean SaladRotisserie chicken, mixed greens, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and sweet garlic vinaigrette.
Boston Market Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette Copycat Recipe
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
In a container, combine oil, vinegar, honey, and garlic. Cover, and shake until blended. Set aside for 45 minutes, to allow flavors to combine. Shake again before serving.
3. Caesar SaladRotisserie chicken, romaine, an Italian blend of cheeses and croutons with creamy Caesar dressing.
This one is easy just buy one of those Caesar salad kits that are so popular in grocery stores and add some shredded chicken.
Notes: As you can see from the descriptions of the salads that the key ingredients are rotisserie chicken and signature salad dressings. It is very easy to create Boston Market salads at home using store bought left over chicken. Small glass jars make a great container to mix and store your homemade salad dressings. You just add all the ingredients, put the lid on, shake and pour.
