7 or 8 new red potatoes
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp crushed dill
Boil until soft.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a large frying pan.
Saute garlic for a couple of minutes.
Add potatoes and the rest of the seasonings.
Pan-fry the potatoes until they are slightly brown.
