4 lbs potaotes (about 12)
2 Tbsp milk
3/4 tsp parsley
4 sticks butter softened
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
- Peel and dice potatoes.
- Put potatoes into a large pot.
- Fill pot with water to cover the potatoes.
- Boil potatoes until done.
- Let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Drain potatoes.
- Add butter, olive oil, and milk.
- Mash or whip with a mixer.
- Add salt. pepper and parsley.
